Each couple has different needs and a different vision for their wedding. We decided that offering different packages made things confusing, and that's the complete opposite of how we want you to feel when planning. Instead, we focus on how we can make your planning process smooth and fun! We want our clients to feel confident, which means instead of waiting until 8 weeks before the wedding to start working on your wedding details, we'll begin immediately by gathering your vendor information, wedding party names, and how you want your decor set up. With our optional bi-monthly meetings, you'll know that we have everything under control! 

Pre-Wedding

  • Create a detailed and personalized timeline

  • Monthly or bi-monthly planning calls at your request 

  • Vendor management and recommendation

  • Create a 3D rendition of your ceremony and reception space(s)

  • Marriage License information

  • Access to our online planning library

  • Generate a master timeline that will be sent to vendors 

  • General advice and consultation

  • Up to two (2) in-person planning meetings

  • Unlimited phone and email correspondence

  • Attend 30-day/final vendor meetings/final walk-through at your venue

  • Confirming all details with the appropriate vendors prior to the wedding

  • Prepare and conduct rehearsal

  • Manage linen and rental order

Wedding Day

  • Up to 12 hours on-site with Michelle and one assistant

  • Coordinate with the DJ and officiant before the ceremony begins

  • Direct the ceremony processional 

  • Coordinating and assisting with the setup of the ceremony and reception

  • Setup of wedding décor such as a guest book, place cards, favors, etc.

  • Setting up linens and centerpieces

  • Distribute/pin all personal flowers

  • Acting as the point of contact for all vendors

  • Assisting the family, wedding party, and guests as needed

  • Distributing final payment and gratuity to vendors

  • Providing a stocked emergency kit

  • Handle any unforeseen hiccups

  • Coordinate load-in and load-out
