Some caterers will have the option for you to rent your linens from them. A lot of times, this makes things easier on everyone as they will come in and place the linens on the tables but also take them at the end of the night.
Ask your caterer what they do with leftover food at the end of the night. Will they pack it up and leave it in the refrigerator or will they have to throw it away? Think about who will take home the leftover food at the end of the night.
Ask your caterer if they're supplying the plates for appetizers during cocktail hour, dinner, and desserts. Is flatware also included or will you need to supply those?
